The roofline is the first thing you see from the street and the last thing anyone cleans. White uPVC goes grey in a few years, green on the north side, and the gutter faces pick up the black stripes that come from rain carrying roof dirt over the edge.
We wash fascias, soffits and the outside of the gutters with the same water-fed poles we use for the gutters themselves. The water is filtered to remove the minerals, so it dries without spots, and the brushes are soft enough not to scratch uPVC or lift paint from timber. We do not use pressure washers near a roof: they force water up under the tiles and into the soffit, which is the opposite of what you are paying for.
Most people book this with a gutter clean, because the poles are already out and the run is already measured. On its own it is £40 minimum.
